Graduation Requirements for Associate of Arts Degree

To graduate with an Associate of Arts degree, students must have a 2.00 grade point average or above and have successfully completed sixty (60) semester hours of credit in courses as designated below. In addition, students must meet the requirements specified in the following categories:

Once category requirements are met, any course from the above discipline areas may be applied toward elective credits, as well as, any 100 level or higher Career Technical course or approved military credit. Students should plan their elective courses according to their college major if they are planning to transfer on for a four year degree.
