Graduation Requirements for Associate of Science Degree

To graduate with an Associate of Arts degree, a student must have a 2.00 grade point average or above and have successfully completed sixty (60) semester hours of credit in courses designated for transfer. In addition to these requirements, every student must meet the following requirements:

Once category requirements are met, any course from the above discipline areas may be applied toward elective credits, as well as, any 100 level or higher Career Technical course or approved military credit. LTE credits must be completed with a C or better. Students may apply up to 4 credit hours of physical education activity (PEA or PEV) courses to Elective credits. Students should plan their elective courses according to their college major if they are planning to transfer on for a four year degree.
